· Respond to any queries which have been sent via our online form. 

This information won’t be shared with any other organisations. 

How we store your information 

Your information which is collected online is securely stored in our password protected online database. We keep all personal data collected online for up to 3 months. We will then dispose your information by permanently removing this information from our online database.

Your information which is collected on site (for delivery purposes) is securely stored in a locked compartment in the office. We keep your delivery details for up to 6 weeks. We will then dispose your information by shredding the paper which the details were supplied on.
